This page explains how the Intopia AI Accessibility Benchmarks site handles your personal information. It adds detail about this site to Intopia's privacy policy, which covers everything else Intopia does.
We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
If you sign up for updates
The sign-up form asks for your first name, last name and email address. You can also give your company name and tell us how you heard about us.
We use this to send you updates about our AI accessibility testing. If you also tick the newsletter box, we add you to Intopia's newsletter as well.
We store sign-up details in Campaign Monitor, our email service. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
If you accept analytics cookies
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to learn how people use the site. For example, which pages are read most and how people move between them. We use this to improve the site.
Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you spend on them, the type of device and browser you use, and your approximate location. It does not tell us who you are.
If you reject analytics cookies, or don't choose, Google Analytics does not set cookies on your device. It may still receive basic information without cookies, such as that a page was viewed, which cannot be linked to you across visits.
We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't use Google Analytics data for advertising.

Where your information goes
This site is hosted by Vercel. Google Analytics is run by Google. Both may process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Campaign Monitor may also store sign-up details outside Australia.
We don't sell your personal information.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Email privacy@intopia.digital. We'll respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you think we've mishandled your personal information, email privacy@intopia.digital and we'll try to resolve it.
